Philadelphia-based Dilworth Paxson has added a new managing attorney to its Delaware office and a new partner in its Harrisburg office in the span of a week, as lateral movement continues to thaw out among Pennsylvania firms.

Thaddeus J. Weaver, formerly the resident shareholder in Christie Pabarue Mortensen & Young’s Wilmington office, joined Dilworth Paxson in Wilmington as a partner on Sept. 13 and has taken over as managing attorney of the office from partner Peter C. Hughes.
