After a two-year hiatus, the annual M&A conference at Columbia Law School returned on Dec. 2, and Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor corporate litigation and counseling partner Elena C. Norman spoke on a panel titled, “Litigation Developments in M&A.”

The panel explored recent developments in M&A litigation in Delaware and the federal courts, including SPAC litigation, merger disclosure litigation, books-and-records claims and related topics.
