Morris James partner Lewis Lazarus spoke for the second consecutive year to students in the University of Delaware’s class on entrepreneurship and leadership at the Horn Venture Development Center.

Lazarus’ presentation, titled “Start-Up Legal Advisors: An Ounce of Prevention Equals at Least a Pound of Unwanted Litigation,” which was held from from 5 to 6:15 p.m. Dec. 5, drew on Lazarus’ experience representing parties in disputes over ownership and control of Delaware entities and will enable students to raise questions about the importance of legal representation for entrepreneurs.
