Both parties to a blockchain trademark dispute have filed dueling complaints in Delaware federal court, asking the court to weigh in on whether an NFT domain creator and blockchain developer can claim the exclusive use of a top-level domain.

San Francisco-based Unstoppable Domains Inc. claims allowing another entity to sell .wallet domains causes confusion, but Wallet Inc. and its owner, Scott Florcsk, haven’t budged from the stance that Unstoppable doesn’t have an enforceable trademark.
