Panelists are scheduled to include: Elisabeth Smith, director of state policy and advocacy for the Center for Reproductive Rights; Susan Cohen, retired vice president for public policy of the Guttmacher Institute; Kelly Nichols, nurse practitioner at Planned Parenthood of Delaware; and Shané Darby, founder of Black Mothers in Power.
