Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin has announced that 17 attorneys, 10 women and seven men, have been elevated to shareholder, effective Jan. 1.

The class of new shareholders includes one of the highest percentages—59%—of women in the firm’s 60-year history. These new shareholders represent the firm’s four core departments—casualty, professional liability, health care and workers’ compensation—and come from 10 of the firm’s 19 regional offices. Lisa M. Grubb is the new shareholder of the firm’s Wilmington office.
