A mask mandate is set to go back into effect in Delaware courts Aug. 16, with unvaccinated court employees required to start weekly COVID-19 testing in September.

The order from Delaware Supreme Court Chief Justice Collins J. Seitz Jr. this week came soon after Gov. John Carney’s announcement that anyone in any other state facility will also have to wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status.
