Federal judges in the District of Delaware once again heard more securities cases in 2020 than those in any other U.S. district court.

The district also continued to be one of the top places to file securities suits, according to Lex Machina’s report on federal securities litigation released Thursday, as the number of federal securities filings climbs following decisions in the Court of Chancery.
