Gov. John Carney nominated Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati partner Lori W. Will to serve as vice chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery, according to a press release from Wilson Sonsini. She will be replacing Kathaleen S. McCormick, who was nominated to serve as chancellor. 

Will is a litigation partner in Wilson Sonsini’s Wilmington office. She represents corporate entities and their directors and officers in cases involving corporate, complex commercial, and federal securities matters. She particularly focuses on stockholder class actions and derivative suits and cases in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
