Sara Toner, director at Richards, Layton & Finger, is set to serve as moderator for the Urban Land Institute Philadelphia program, “Our Changing Economy—What Does It Mean for Real Estate in Delaware.”

According to a press release, ULI Philadelphia’s Delaware Regional Council will address changes in the local market and how real estate professionals are reacting. The virtual panel is set to be held from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Feb. 18.
