As part of its Fundamentals Series, the Delaware State Bar Association is sponsoring the CLE program “Fundamentals of Criminal Law 2020,” which is set to be held from 9 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. March 12.

The course will examine the process of the criminal trial and will cover pretrial practice, trial practice, opening and closing arguments, sentencing and mitigation, appeals and post-conviction relief, perspectives from young practitioners, and ethical considerations and candor to the court.
