Morris James partner Ian McCauley presented at the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association convention. He discussed e-discovery for the trial lawyer, with an emphasis on document preservation strategies as well as recent e-discovery developments.

McCauley is a partner in Morris James’ business litigation group and leads the firm’s e-discovery practice. His practice is focused on e-discovery from the anticipation to the conclusion of litigation. McCauley has experience advising litigants in the Delaware Court of Chancery, Superior Court and district court on making defensible, efficient and strategic decisions regarding the preservation, collection, and production of electronically stored information. In addition to e-discovery, McCauley advises clients and co-counsel on litigation readiness, information governance and data privacy issues.
