In the wake of a divorce settlement in which master chef Tom Catherall transferred ownership of his restaurant group to his ex-wife, one of her divorce lawyers is asking a judge to make all of her counsel—including himself—cough up what they’ve been paid so far to make sure everyone gets a fair share.

In a suit filed May 27 in Fulton County Superior Court, Atlanta attorney Louis Levenson said Leigh Catherall, now the owner and CEO of the Here to Serve Restaurants group, still owes him about $430,000 out of a total bill of more than $550,000.
