Most of the lawyers from Epstein Becker Green's Atlanta office have found new homes this week, after the firm officially closed the office on Friday. EBG announced in June that it would shutter the 14-lawyer office.

Ken Menendez, who had been the office's managing shareholder, and Robert Berg, its administrative shareholder, joined Ellis Funk on Monday as shareholders. Another shareholder, Michael Coleman, joined Thompson Hine as a partner, along with his longtime colleague Tara Evans, who joined as counsel.
