Bend, twist and stretch. It's those three motions that are sure to make you feel better, says attorney and yoga instructor Tony Cochran, who teaches eight yoga classes a week.

Cochran, 62, was a marathon runner when he first decided to try a yoga class almost 15 years ago. Quickly taken with the discipline, he began attending classes more frequently until he stumbled upon an opportunity to teach, and soon he was leading classes.
