A federal jury found a Bahamas golf community managed by the Ritz-Carlton only 1 percent liable in the death of an Atlanta-area millionaire whose body was pulled from the ocean during a weekend vacation in 2007. No damages were awarded.

The estate of David Knowlton, who co-founded Norcross mobile computing company Stratix Corp., had sought more than $20 million in damages because Ritz-Carlton failed to warn guests about the dangers of big waves and steep cliffs in the area, said defense attorney Todd Ehrenreich.
