The South Point Regional Retail Development in McDonough is a 75-acre development of retail space and residential units, located near Georgia Highway 20 and Interstate 75. Montgomery advised his client, South Point Retail Partners LLC, on issues related to land acquisition and financing, and negotiations with two lead tenants, Kohl’s and JCPenney. The project broke ground in May and is expected to open next year.
