Governor Sonny Perdue’s Judicial Nominating Commission has submitted recommendations to fill the vacancies at the Fulton County Superior Court and the Augusta Judicial Circuit.
The vacancy at the Fulton County Superior Court was created by the resignation of Judge Stephanie B. Manis. The vacancy in the Superior Court of the Augusta Judicial Circuit was created by the resignation of Judge Neal W. Dickert.
