Troutman Sanders’ Atlanta bond lawyers, Lewis C. Horne Jr., Han C. Choi and Sandra Z. Zayac, have moved to Schiff Hardin’s Atlanta office, establishing a local bond practice for the firm. Horne and Choi joined Chicago-based Schiff Hardin on Monday as partners and Zayac joined Tuesday as an associate.
“We will basically transport what we have been doing since 2002 to Schiff Hardin. It will constitute a new public finance practice in Atlanta that is complementary to what the firm does in Chicago,” said Horne.
