Bobby Lee Cook receives phone calls from all types of people, and he returns them all. “I always return all of my calls. I get calls from people I don’t know, and for half of them there’s nothing I can do. I get a call from somebody from south Georgia or south Alabama about some matter. But I’m eighty-one years old and I’m not going to south Alabama to try a case. But I talk to them. I’m civil with them. Returning calls is a very important thing in the law practice. You never can get too big for your britches.”
