Paul Hastings has recruited three lawyers from Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton’s health care and life sciences practice. Phillip Street, who co-chaired Kilpatrick’s health care and life sciences team, joins as a partner. Craig Smith joins as of counsel and Matt Brohm joins as an associate.

Street and Smith said they are handling a lot of integration transactions between hospital systems and physicians, in which hospitals acquire or affiliate with specialized practice groups in areas such as cardiology, oncology or orthopedics.
