Dog training business Clicker Canines and Patricia Calderone were hit with a copyright infringement lawsuit on Aug. 28 in Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, filed by Bekiares Eliezer LLP on behalf of Danielle Ranieri, alleges the defendants used the plaintiff’s image of a Doberman with a heart across his back without permission. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:23-cv-03832, Ranieri v. Clicker Canines.
