When a DeKalb County jury began to read the verdict for Huff Powell Bailey defense attorney Taylor Tribble’s latest medical-malpractice case, she said it was “a scary moment.”

“Waiting on a verdict is really stressful,” Tribble said, and it was especially so in this case. The verdict form was multipart—separated into questions of negligence and causation. “It was a very dramatic reading,” Tribble said as the jury announced that yes, the doctor was negligent, but ultimately was not responsible for the injury.
