A Pennsylvania federal judge partially granted and partially dismissed law firm Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott’s motion to dismiss claims brought by a former client, who alleged breach of fiduciary duties.

U.S. District Judge Jennifer P. Wilson of the Middle District of Pennsylvania granted in part and denied in part Eckert Seamans’ motion to dismiss their client Pace-O-Matic Inc.’s breach of fiduciary complaint against the firm, with the court determining some of Pace-O-Matic’s claims had standing.
