A Macon jury recently awarded a $15 million verdict to plaintiffs in a wrongful death medical-malpractice case.

The plaintiffs—the spouse and estate of the deceased, who died as the result of a preventable bladder perforation—were represented by Wilson DuBose of the DuBose Law Group, Leitra Maxwell of Forrest B. Johnson and Associates and Jay Sadd and Daniel Epstein of Slappey & Sadd.
