A trial court in East Georgia's Greene County amended a $22 million wrongful death jury verdict to include $6.5 million in attorneys fees and expenses, bringing the case's total judgment to $28.5 million. The amended verdict came after the trial court denied the defendant's motion for a new trial in a case brought forth by the family of a man killed at an off-road trail riding park.
