Hartford Insurance filed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Cindy Taratuta and Dale Taratuta on Thursday in Georgia Southern District Court. The suit, filed by Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, seeks a declaration that Hartford has no duty to provide coverage for personal injury claims arising from a golf car crash.
