Drew Eckl & Farnham filed a petition for declaratory judgment on Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of LM General Insurance Company. The complaint, against Brian Keith Adams and David Massengale, seeks to declare that LM General has no duty to defend or indemnify Adams in an underlying personal injury action. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:22-cv-00181, LM General Insurance Company v. Adams et al.
