Jeffrey R. Baxter, Christopher A. Wiech and Chelsea M. Lamb of Baker & Hostetler are defending KeyBank, N.A. in a pending data breach class action. The complaint, filed Sept. 9 in Georgia Northern District Court, pertains to a 2022 cyberattack on mortgage insurance vendor Overby-Seawell that allegedly exposed personal data of KeyBank customers. The suit is backed by Markovits, Stock & Demarco, The Finley Firm and Clayeo C. Arnold APLC. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Steven D. Grimberg, is 1:22-cv-03780, Archer et al v. Overby-Seawell Co. et al.
