Attorneys at Wilson Elser on Monday removed a product liability lawsuit against Sealed Unit Parts Co. Inc. (SUPCO) to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, over property damage and personal injury claims from an allegedly defective surge protector, was filed by Kenneth S. Nugent P.C. on behalf of Kevin Taylor and Laura Taylor. The case is 1:22-cv-03116, Taylor et al v. Sealed Unit Parts Co. Inc.
