Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith filed a trade secret lawsuit Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Superior Business Management Inc., Superior Tax Solutions LLC and owner Kris Benson. The suit takes aim at several former Superior employees for alleged theft and misuse of the plaintiff’s confidential information as part of an effort to poach business for accounting firm Macias Gini & O’Connell, dba MGO. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-02861, Superior Business Management, Inc. et al v. Macias Gini & O’Connell LLP et al.
