Arnall Golden Gregory filed an ERISA lawsuit Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of IBEW Local 613 Defined Contribution Pension Fund, IBEW Local 613 and Contributing Employers Family Health Fund and Kenny Mullins. The suit, which pertains to underpaid fund contributions, pursues claims against Paul Wiley Electrical Contractors Inc. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-02756, IBEW Local 613 Defined Contribution Pension Fund et al v. Paul Wiley, Electrical Contractors, Inc.
