The complaint, which claims injuries caused by the ADHD treatments FocalinXR and Metadate CD, was filed by Garland, Samuel & Loeb on behalf of a male plaintiff who alleges that the drugs caused or contributed to the development of gynecomastia. The case is 1:22-cv-02688, Cuble v. UCB, Inc. et al.
