The case was filed May 24 in Georgia Northern District Court by The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Timothy C. Batten Sr., is 1:22-cv-02059, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission v. Grady Memorial Hospital Corporation.
