Delta Air Lines was hit with a trip-and-fall lawsuit Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, brought by The Law Offices of Daniel D. Barks and Bohrer & Lukeman on behalf of Shu Yun Castelo, accuses Delta of negligence in maintaining its VIP lounge at the Cabo San Lucas, Mexico airport. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-02594, Castelo v. Delta Air Lines, Inc.
