Attorneys at Gray, Rust, St. Amand, Moffett & Brieske on Thursday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Kroger to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint was filed by attorney Jonathan R. Brockman on behalf of a shopper who alleges that he slipped on loose grapes in the produce section. The case is 1:22-cv-01356, Smith v. The Kroger Co. et al.
