Galloway, Johnson, Tompkins, Burr & Smith filed an insurance coverage lawsuit Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Crum & Foster Specialty Insurance Company. The suit, brought against ATL Masonry Contractor Inc. and other defendants, seeks a declaratory judgment of no duty to defend or indemnify defendants in connection with an underlying personal injury claim. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-01350, Crum & Foster Specialty Insurance Company v. ATL Masonry Contractor, Inc. et al.
