In rural western Georgia’s Tallapoosa Judicial Circuit, Cedartown lawyer Andrew B. Roper is campaigning to unseat incumbent Chief Judge Meng H. Lim in the May 24 primary nonpartisan election.
Both jurists qualified for the judicial race March 7. The circuit includes Haralson and Polk counties.
