A man who allegedly caused an accident in Conyers that led to a woman’s back injuries was found not liable by a jury after the woman sued over personal injury claims.
The verdict, the man’s lawyer said, runs counter to a trend in that county, and possibly others, regarding personal injury case verdicts.
