With the U.S. Supreme Court reconsidering its own precedent with regard to abortion, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit has vacated one of its own decisions in support of abortion rights and agreed to rehear the case en banc.

The full court is set to hear oral arguments on a challenge to the constitutionality of Alabama’s Parental Consent Act.  No date has been set yet.
