As one billion at-home COVID-19 tests provided by the Biden administration begin to arrive at the homes of millions of Americans, access issues continue to prevent others from ordering the free detection resource.

That has some lawyers looking at potential litigation issues arising from what some say is a lack of access to free COVID-19 at-home test kits, thanks to a Biden administration policy limiting the number of tests available per address. Critics say the measure overlooks large households, people living with roommates and students in dorms, who won’t get their fair share if only four tests are available per address.
