Attorneys and staff at Atlanta law firms continue to confront challenges stemming from the omicron surge, including some office return delays and navigating school closures.

And some firms are still expecting lawyers in the office. Indeed, most law firm leaders are still looking to have employees and partners in the office for at least three days per week, said Steven Henry, an Atlanta-based recruiter with Major Lindsey & Africa.
