After a litigation team’s decision to bypass a $400,000 pre-trial settlement offer resulted in a $150,000 jury verdict, a northern Georgia judge has handed the Atlanta plaintiff attorneys another blow: denying their motion for additur, in a bid for a new trial on damages only.
