Am Law 200 firm Smith, Gambrell & Russell is combining with fellow Atlanta firm Rogers & Hardin, effective Jan. 1, as it looks to expand its litigation, corporate and securities practices. The firm announced the merger Thursday.
Rogers & Hardin’s roughly 25 attorneys will join SGR’s existing office in Midtown Atlanta, adding to its complement of nearly 250 lawyers, according to the 2021 Am Law 200 report. The firm ranked 179th in the country in gross revenue with $139 million.
