Counsel at Dentons on Wednesday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Avante Health Solutions to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, filed by Freeman, Mathis & Gary and Alan C. Manheim LLC on behalf of Mobile Healthcare Facilities, alleges that defendant sent plaintiff nonconforming ventilators that were not suitable for critical care use. The case is 1:21-cv-04038, Mobile Healthcare Facilities, LLC v. Avante Health Solutions.
