When Todd Robinson and Carl Franzman decided to combine their firms to form corporate and real estate boutique Robinson Franzman, they signed a seven-year lease in downtown Atlanta’s 191 Building in February—just a month before COVID-19 pandemic onset.
“Everyone was saying we don’t need offices anymore,” Robinson said, but he and Franzman thought differently.
