Standing in front of the empty bench and chairs of his colleagues, Georgia Supreme Court Chief Justice Harold Melton is appealing to everyone to answer the coming call for jury duty.

“Hello. I’m Harold Melton,” a concerned-looking chief says in a soon-to-be released public service announcement. “On behalf of every court in every county in the state, I’m asking for your help.”
