Bacardi Ltd. has lured Todd Grice away from his longtime home at The Coca-Cola Co. to serve as top lawyer for the world’s largest privately held spirits company.

Grice joins Bacardi at a challenging time for the distilled spirits industry as many bars and restaurants have been shuttered amid the novel coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. Bacardi has pledged $4 million in financial aid to support the industry.
