U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is to be the keynote speaker headlining a dedication ceremony for Georgia’s new judicial building in Atlanta next month.

“We are extremely honored and excited that Justice Thomas will make the trip to his native Georgia to celebrate with us the opening of our new judicial center,” Chief Justice Harold D. Melton said in a news release Wednesday.
