A woman whose Uber driver got into a confrontation with another motorist just before Thanksgiving in 2016 has sued the ride-sharing company and driver over the ”serious and traumatic mental and emotional injuries” she allegedly suffered as a result.   

According to a complaint filed in Fulton County State Court this week by Atlanta solo Gordon Joyner, plaintiff Blessing Johnson summoned an Uber to take her from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport to her home in Marietta on the evening of Nov. 22, 2016.
